It is a fact that 75% of Indian retail sector is unorganized. Josco realized the importance of catering to this unorganized sector and launched its direct distribution division to market its own brands, Fischer and Miami Cushion. The first distribution depot was set up in Madurai in 2005 to cover footwear retail outlets in Madurai and its neighboring districts. Josco built up its distribution networks steadily in various markets of South India.

Josco has built up a streamlined and efficient distribution network covering around 20,000 footwear retail outlets. By the year 2020, Josco plans to open several new depots across the country and reach the magical figure of catering to 50,000 footwear retail outlets. Realizing the importance of catering to the large unorganized segment and with vast experience in direct distribution, Josco is laying out plans for distributing other Indian and international footwear brands.

It also plans to distribute FMCG as well as other consumer durable brands from India and other International markets using its current depots and networks. By the year 2020, the target is to cater to 25,000 FMCG and consumer durable retail outlets.
